Lindsey

Lindsey

General Manager

Lindsey has a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Exercise Science. She started out as a personal trainer and has taught many group fitness formats over the years. She is a former collegiate and professional dancer and still teaches dance fitness classes regularly. Lindsey has been in the corporate wellness industry for the past decade.

Fun Facts: Lindsey has previously owned a boutique fitness studio in Indianapolis, where she was also an NFL cheerleader for the Indianapolis Colts. She enjoys spending time with her one year old daughter and visiting new coffee shops in the city.

Bernadette

Bernadette

Fitness Coordinator, Certified Personal Trainer, Class Instructor

Bernadette has been teaching fitness classes and personal training for about 10 years. Fitness started out as a hobby while in college and grew into a passionate career. Bernadette is certified through NETA, Balanced Body, AFAA, Schwinn, and Heart Zones Inc. Her experience ranges from training clients with limited mobility and injuries to working with high level athletes.

Fun Facts: Bernadette can play the French horn, enjoys going to the theatre, and has lived in seven different states: North Carolina, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Tennessee, California, and Texas.

Philosophy: She believes fitness is an important part of a well-balanced life and believes training should be educational, fun, and efficient.

Hasan

Hasan

Certified Personal Trainer

Hasan is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Fitness started out as a hobby for him in high school. While he worked in different fields and has been fortunate enough to have a variety of enriching experiences, the gym has always been there for him to some degree. Over the years, he has experimented with bodybuilding, powerlifting, bodyweight, mobility, and a variety of other training methods.

Fun Facts: Hasan lived in Korea for four years, has camped on a deserted island and has previously owned a motorcycle for one month before it was stolen.

Philosophy: Hasan is passionate about personal training and has decided to use his experiences to help others make fitness a part of their own busy lives. Hasan is looking forward to coaching you towards your own health goals!

Kelly

Kelly

Class Instructor

Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree from Oakland University in Performance Arts, NASM and AFAA personal training and group fitness certifications, experience a variety of formats. She has competed in natural body-building since 2012 and is a 4 time reigning World Champion Fitness Model.

Fun Facts: Kelly is also a trained opera singer and voice coach. Her passion from health and wellness stems from performing arts and using her body as an instrument.
