Low impact class focused on core stabilization, muscle balance, proper alignment, strength, and flexibility while integrating the concepts of mindfulness, fluidity and grace.
Stands for burn, box and build! This high energy class is broken down into 15 minutes of high intensity cardio and sports conditioning, 15 minutes of boxing and kickboxing combinations and then finishes with 15 minutes of total body strength training
BODYWEIGHT & BANDS
This class focuses on cardio and strength training, using only resistance bands. Rotating instructors.
You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one! Each class will highlight the most important fundamentals of various sports. It will include speed and agility drills, plyometrics, high intensity interval circuits and other sport specific exercises. No athletic experience needed.
