Full body conditioning class utilizing TRX Suspension Trainers and other functional training equipment.
Low impact class focused on core stabilization, muscle balance, proper alignment, strength, and flexibility while integrating the concepts of mindfulness, fluidity and grace.
STRENGTH & FORM
Learn fundamental strength training exercises, focusing on proper form and technique. Free in February for all Tone members. Classes many be cancelled if there are not at least 4 registrants.
Stands for burn, box and build! This high energy class is broken down into 15 minutes of high intensity cardio and sports conditioning, 15 minutes of boxing and kickboxing combinations and then finishes with 15 minutes of total body strength training
BODYWEIGHT & BANDS
This class focuses on cardio and strength training, using only resistance bands. Rotating instructors.
BOXING BOOT CAMP
Special event class featuring total body strength and conditioning moves mixed with boxing and kickboxing sequences. Held on the 99th floor.
Free 30 minute mobility class for those looking to prevent injuries, improve mobility during workouts, recover overworked muscles and repair joints and tissues.
Tabata is a specific type of interval training that has a short work/rest ration of 20 seconds on and then 10 seconds off. Each exercise is completed for 8 rounds (4 minutes) to burn out each muscle group in a short amount of time. This is a total body workout that combines a mix of cardio and strength exercises.
Flowing yoga class to improve overall balance, strength, flexibility and relaxation.
Muscle recovery is key in this slow paced yoga class by holding longer postures to stretch connective tissue.
Morning all level Vinyasa flow. Last Friday of the month will be on the 99th floor. All other weeks held in Yoga Room at Tone.
