FUNCTIONAL TRX

Full body conditioning class utilizing TRX Suspension Trainers and other functional training equipment.

MAT PILATES 101

Low impact class focused on core stabilization, muscle balance, proper alignment, strength, and flexibility while integrating the concepts of mindfulness, fluidity and grace.

ROTATING DANCE

Each week will feature a Zumba, WERQ or GROOV3 dance fitness class. No experience needed! Instructors will rotate between Bobby, Claudia, Courtenay, Lindsey and Spencer. See online schedule class/instructor line-up.

RUNDAMENTALS

Your new favorite run club! Whether you are new to running or an experienced athlete, you will enjoy fun runs with your peers, plus new running-related topics covered each week! See online schedule for class details/instructor line-up. FREE in April.

STRENGTH & FORM

Learn fundamental strength training exercises, focusing on proper form and technique. Free in February for all Tone members. Classes many be cancelled if there are not at least 4 registrants.

TONECYCLE

Indoor cycling class to mood-boosting music for a killer cardio sweat session.

TONETOUGH

Bootcamp style circuit training featuring various equipment such as battle ropes, TRX, medicine ball, etc.

TRX CORE FUSION

Combination of Mat Pilates and TRX suspension trainers for an ultimate core burning workout that can be customized for all fitness levels.

WERQ

Fiercely fun dance fitness class set to popular pop, hip-hop and rock music.

Yoga

VINYASA YOGA

Flowing yoga class to improve overall balance, strength, flexibility and relaxation.

YOGA BASICS

For those newer to yoga and also as a refresh for experienced yogis. This class will focus on foundational poses/movements in a non-intimidating setting.

YOGA RESTORE

Muscle recovery is key in this slow paced yoga class by holding longer postures to stretch connective tissue.

My Zone

CONDITIONING

Small group training session using heart rate monitors and display screen to track heart rate zones. This session focuses on improving cardiovascular endurance through total body movements and high intensity bursts. Progress will be tracked weekly. *not included in group exercise packages

PWR

Small group training session using heart rate monitors and display screen to track heart rate zones. This session focuses on building strength, balance and power through measurable resistance training that is tracked weekly. *not included in group exercise packages

Our signature TONETough class with a twist! Similar class style, while wearing the MYZONE activity trackers that will monitor your effort level on the flat screen throughout the class!
